TERMS OF USE — EVALUATION PERIOD
You will receive free access to the application for 30 (thirty) days, exclusively for the purpose of evaluating and testing its features.
During the evaluation period, the application will collect only your name and email address, which will be used to create and manage your access, send your login credentials and information related to your use of the application, and, when necessary, contact you.
The data and content entered or generated during the evaluation period will be retained for the 30 (thirty)-day period. If you do not purchase a license to use the application at the end of this period, the data and content will be permanently deleted and your account will be automatically closed. Once deleted, the data and content cannot be recovered.
If you purchase a license to use the application, the data and content may be retained in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the purchased license.
The access provided during the evaluation period is temporary, free of charge, and intended exclusively for evaluating the application. The evaluation period does not constitute a subscription or contract, guarantee future availability, or grant any right to use the application after the evaluation period ends, except upon the purchase of a license to use the application.
